In order to fully embody the principle of "serving, responsibly supporting, and satisfying customers", Damai Electric hereby commits to the following quality and service guarantees:

1. Our company guarantees strict compliance with the quality management system throughout the entire production process. From product design to manufacturing and inspection, we maintain close communication with end-users, promptly address feedback, and welcome on-site audits at our facilities at any time.

2. For equipment and products supporting critical projects, we commit to delivering items in strict accordance with contractual terms. Regarding technical services, our certified engineers will be dispatched to oversee unpacking inspections, installation guidance, and commissioning procedures, ensuring the system achieves full operational functionality.

3. We shall ensure comprehensive service at all stages: pre-sale (product demonstrations, technical specifications, and usage guidelines), during-sale (facilitating buyer participation in technical design reviews upon request), and after-sales (maintaining dedicated support channels for performance optimization).

4. Based on user requirements, the we shall conduct professional training programs covering equipment installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance technologies. Quality tracking mechanisms shall be implemented through regular visits to key users, with continuous product improvement initiatives aligned with user feedback timelines.

5. The equipment (product) has a 12-month warranty period from the date of delivery/installation. We shall be responsible for any quality issues arising during this period, and the product is covered under China's Three Guarantees (Repair, Replacement, and Return) for qualified defects.

6. For products exceeding the Three Guarantees period, we guarantee to provide maintenance parts and services upon request. Additionally, replacement parts (including wear-and-tear components) are offered at discounted factory prices.

7.  Upon receiving quality issue reports from users, we guarantee to dispatch service personnel within 2 hours and ensure continuous support until resolution, aiming for full user satisfaction.
